It can be very worrying if you’re struggling with money and debt issues, finding out where you might be able to get help and support is sometimes very difficult.

That is where the Hardship Hub comes in, if you live in the North West the Hardship Hub can help to point you in the right direction to find real solutions to your problems. You can use the website to find a qualified not-for-profit advisor who will be able to help, to find the location of a local foodbank to help feed your family or simply to find someone with a friendly ear that you can talk to.

Access free SIM cards from the National Databank

The National Databank provides free mobile data, texts and minutes to those who need it most and Manchester Central Library are part of the large Digital Inclusion hub network. Drop by and ask for the National Databank to receive support with accessing a SIM card on 3rd December, 11am-3pm, 1 St Peter’s Square, Manchester, M2 5PD.

To receive support via the national databank with a sim card, you must fall into the following eligibility criteria:

  • 18+ years old
  • From a low income household

You must also qualify for one of the following statement:
