Creative writing book – a huge success The Shaw Centre book launch

Nine people who attend The Shaw Centre were thrilled to have their book presented to them by The Lord Mayor of Manchester Cllr Abid Chohan on Thursday 20 June 2019 at the book launch. Local councillors Shaukat Ali, Shazia Butt and Naeem Hassan joined in the celebrations alongside 60 other people.

Free energy support for families in Greater Manchester

LEAP - The energy and money saving service, is a free service that is helping people keep warm and reduce their energy bills without costing them any money. Local Energy Advice Partnership

This project covers Manchester and all of Greater Manchester.

It is open to all types of householders – homeowners, private renters and social housing tenants.
