I started writing something shortly after the new Prime Minister has made his first speech on the steps of Downing Street. Another premiership set to be dominated by Brexit. It has paralysed national policy and politics for the last 3 years and it looks like this is set to continue for the foreseeable future...but the phrase which is ringing in my ears from the speech is “the doubters, the doomsters, the gloomsters”. I suspect many politicians would put charities and campaigners in those categories.

Introducing No.93 – Supporting health and wellbeing in North Manchester

No.93 is your newly renovated Health and Wellbeing centre at the heart of Harpurhey!

No.93, formerly known as Harpurhey Wellbeing Centre, is located at 93 Church Lane, Harpurhey, M9 5BG, opened on 22 July. No.93 will host community activities, volunteer led groups and also has a room for exercise classes and creative arts space open to everyone including centre users, local groups and the wider community.

The new centre also has outdoor space where gardening clubs will take place.
