The Nine Lives Fund is a partnership between Forever Manchester and the Chambers of 9 St. Johns Street, Manchester. The Fund is currently inviting applications from groups that provide activities for young people between the ages of 10 – 18 and living in deprived areas of Greater Manchester and with an income of under £150,000.

Priority will be given to projects working with children and young people with disabilities.

Awards of up to £2,000 are available.

The Community Economic Development (CED) programme is a new initiative designed for local community groups and organisations who want to take a lead in shaping their economies for the benefit of local communities.

If you belong to a community that wants to work towards seeing real economic change in your area – whether this is in food, housing, finance, energy or any other local economic opportunities – then the CED programme will set you on the right path.

There are still places left on the new therapy group for gay and bisexual male survivors of sexual violation. The group is free to attend, but there are only 12 places available.

Survivors Manchester and The Lesbian & Gay Foundation (LGF) are launching a new therapy group for adult male survivors of childhood sexual abuse, who also identify as gay, bisexual or questioning. Applications are also welcomed from trans* men, who identify as gay, bisexual or questioning.
