New service to provide mental health support by text

AGMHSCP brand-new service has been launched that will make it easier for people in Greater Manchester to find and receive mental health support – anytime, day or night.

The service, Shout, allows people to simply and discreetly communicate with trained crisis volunteers by text message. The service is overseen by clinical supervisors.

National Lottery Heritage Fund – Heritage Emergency Fund

National Lottery Heritage FundThe £50m fund will be available for grants of between £3,000 and £50,000.

It is available to organisations across the full breadth of heritage, including historic sites, industrial and maritime heritage, museums, libraries and archives, parks and gardens, landscapes and nature.
