Today is 28th November and I’m in work. That never happens. This is always the first Annual Leave day I book in every year because it's my auntie’s birthday. But this year is different. She passed away over the summer at the age of 102.

Residents with some mental health conditions could get council tax reductions

Manchester residents with some mental-health-related conditions could be eligible for a reduction of up to 100% on their council tax. Manchester City Council

This could apply to people diagnosed with a permanent condition, including the effects of a stroke, dementia, Alzheimer's Disease and other mental health conditions.
