A new initiative launches in Manchester on World Mental Health Day, Wednesday 10 October (10/10), to inspire the city to embrace the mood-boosting benefits of reading for 10 minutes every day.

The Wolfson Foundation has announced a £10 million funding competition to support outstanding research to advance the understanding and treatment of mental health conditions. UK universities and research organisations are eligible to apply (individually or collaboratively) and it is likely that a single award will be made. 
We are launching today, on World Mental Health Day 2018, the Sharing Wellness Campaign which will run until the end of January 2019. It is a Manchester-wide conversation about mental wellbeing and is supported by Manchester Health & Care Commissioning through its Mental Health Grants Programme.
