Neurodivergent Entrepreneurial Wellbeing – 5 Ways to Support Yourself
This event series is designed for neurodivergent entrepreneurs working within social businesses (e.g. social enterprises, CICs, co-operatives, housing associations, trading charities, and other mission-led organisations). The sessions use the “5 Ways to Wellbeing” framework—Take Notice, Learn, Give, Keep Active, and Connect—applied through a neurodivergent business lens. The approach blends self-reflection, practical tools, skills-building, and coaching to support participants personally and professionally.
