Greater Manchester Systems Leadership Approach

If you work or volunteer to help people move more in Greater Manchester, you are invited to attend the workshops and events as part of the Greater Manchester Systems Leadership approach.

Systems Leadership is all about amplifying a model of leadership that’s not about managing, but about how to make things happen, across sectors, in a collaborative way. It is designed to help you lead when you don't have positional power, levers to pull, or a large budget to wield.

The secret to systems leadership in Greater Manchester

I helped host and attended an event made for upcoming systems leaders in Greater Manchester. You might ask - ‘what and who is a systems leader?’. A systems leader is collaborative, part of a network of people in different places and at different levels,  with a shared purpose, co-operating to make significant change.
