Join PMAC to;

• Understand how culture and policies impact inclusion
• Learn steps to improve accessibility and inclusivity

This co-designed workshop is aimed at identifying and reducing barriers to create inclusive volunteering opportunities for South Asian women across Greater Manchester, specifically in sports. 

In the workshop, you will;

Run by our (Caritas Salford) accessibility coordinator Minna, this session will encourage participants to develop their understanding of barriers preventing inclusion and accessibility and will focus on:

• Language surrounding disability - has it become taboo?
• Developing an attitude of inclusivity
• Developing awareness of equality and equity
• Universal design strategies
• A chance to ask questions without judgement
