Justlife’s latest report provides a fresh analysis of data on hidden homeless populations in unsupported temporary accommodation (UTA) in order to lift the lid on the true extent of homelessness in England. 
This Lottery Funded project and film was about raising awareness of the complex issues surrounding homelessness. It aimed to highlight the facts and the misconceptions about homelessness in the hope that attitudes change.

Plans for a Council-run homelessness prevention centre – designed to provide temporary accommodation and support for people who have just lost their homes while they get back on their feet – have been approved. 
Manchester City Council will open the 38-bed Longford Centre in January, once the building – a former residential care home – has been refitted.

A new National Audit Office report has confirmed a significant increase in homelessness in recent years with 77,240 households in temporary accommodation in England in March 2017, an increase of 60% since March 2011.

LandAid's vision is a country where no young person is homeless. LandAid aims to bring about lasting change by helping tackle the causes of youth homelessness and contributing to the provision of safe supported housing for those who need it most.

Each year The Booth Centre invites people to take on the challenge of sleeping out to highlight some of the hardships that homeless people have to face every single night. 
Hundreds of people will be joining this great event and raising vital funds to help homeless people in our community.
Participants are asked to pay a small registration fee and raise £150.00 towards the work of the Booth Centre.
