Heart and Parcel would like to invite women ESOL learners to practise their English, learn new recipes, eat, chat, share and more.
The next session is starting on 10 September and will take place every Monday for 6 weeks, 10am to 1pm at Roby Church, 307 Dickenson Road, Longsight, Manchester, M13 0NG.
It is free to join, and learners can be of any level. It is not accredited, but just a relaxed and informal place to practice and use your English.

Manchester Refugee Support Network (MRSN) is delighted to announce that the Big Lottery Fund has awarded a grant of £299,090 to the charity, to fund the Shared Routes program. 
Together Now are looking to expand their board and would like to appoint two new trustees. Together Now are a small charity and the current trustees play various roles within the organisation, some taking a more traditional trustee role and some being more hands on with the work we do. All trustees have good involvement with the case load as well as strategic decision making.

The Caribbean and African Health Network (CAHN) are looking to recruit volunteers to provide support and assistance at the Greater Manchester NHS70 and Windrush70 Health Walk and Festival celebration event this Saturday (23 June) at Alexandra Park, Russell St, Manchester M16 7JL.
The Theme of the day is ‘Celebrating the Contribution of Migration to the NHS’ and will recognise the invaluable and irreplaceable contribution that the Windrush generation – and all BME communities – have made to the NHS since it was formed in 1948.
You are invited to participate in the Refugee World Cup, Family Fun Day and Refugee Cultural celebration on Saturday 23 June 2018, at Albert Park, Grecian Street, M7 1JF. The event is part of the Refugee Week celebration. Refugee Week is a UK-wide programme of arts, cultural, sport and educational activities and events that celebrates the contribution of refugees to the UK and to create better understanding between different communities and to encourage successful integration enabling refugees to live in safety and to continue making a valuable contribution to the UK.
